Displeased with the support she received for her newly released album, There’s Something About Remy, the self-proclaimed Queen of New York proceeded to point fingers at Steve Rifkind and Fat Joe. “Through all the bullcrap that we done been through over these years…all the questions like what’s the tension with ya’ll..I never once ever tried to play him,” Remy told DJ Envy. “Yeah, I may say my little slickness, but I was never on no …like he would do when we’ll do an interview…’I don’t know what’s going on with the Remy album.'” The femme fatale added, “I think he’s mad cause I executive produced my album. Why you mad? Son, you wasn’t there. I can count the three times when you came to my studio after my album was done. I’m pretty sure you would have did it. But why would I do that? You’re album didn’t do good.”

Remy then ranted about not appearing on Fat Joe’s album and only receiving $3,000 while Crack was making between 30 to 40,000 when “Lean Back” was peaking. She claims Joe tried to give her only $300 per show at one point.

Remy then questioned her album’s perpetual postponement, revealing that the CD was completed over a year ago, but is now finally dropping.”Steve’s Rifkind’s mother, father, grandmother is dying every 10 minutes. The head of A&R, Promotions, he stays in Australia. It’s always a problem,” she mocked.

Rem then warned that she wasn’t being unreasonable and would issue a dis record if she truly gets pissed off. “I’m a put out the official Remy Ma dis record, dissing everybody. Letting everybody know what was poppin since 1999. Letting everybody know what [Big] Pun said to me in his own words about everybody,” Remy charged. “Thank you Fat Joe for getting me the “Conceited” beat for my album. Thank you for being on the chorus on my song. Executive producer, never in a million years do you deserve that.
