It seems like even The Game can make an enemy out of his own lawyer. According to several reports, it seems as if the same legal team that represented the Game in his 2007 gun case, is now accusing the Compton rapper of none payment of over $30,000 in legal/attorney fees.

For those who don’t know. The Game was charged with gun possession within a school zone and for making criminal threats to a basketball player. This took place at South La’s Rita Walters Educational Learning Complex while both the rapper and the alleged victim were playing. It was also alleged that The Game punched the victim and threatened to shoot him.

AllHipHop.Com reports:

“The rapper also allegedly punched the victim and threatened to shoot him after retrieving the gun from his vehicle. After posting a $50,000 bond, the Game faced five years in prison if convicted. Game’s lawyer firm of Kinsellaa, Weitzmna, Iser, Kump, & Aldisert are accusing the rapper of never paying his bill of over $34,683.90, even though the group states they obtained “a successful outcome” by only having their client serve 8 days of a potential 5 year sentence. Their lawsuit is still pending following a filing in Los Angeles Superior Court.”

Wow Game, looks like you got some ‘splaining to do! These folks have helped you and now you’re trying to skip out on paying them. This is not a $50 bill you just forget to pay. How do you manage to forget paying over $34,683.90? Well we will keep you all updated on what’s going on with this situation. The Game has yet to comment on this situation.

Lil Boosie Speaks On Prison Sentence

Finally Lil Boosie has confirmed reports of him serving a 10-month prison sentence on drug charges. He will reportedly serve the full 10-month sentence behind bars and will be forced to begin his sentence on November 9. The rapper was given his sentence last month. According to WAFB News:

“Local rapper Torrence ‘Lil Boosie’ Hatch pleaded guilty this afternoon to drug and gun charges,” a WAFB reporter said in an evening broadcast. “Lil Boosie was scheduled to stand trial this coming Monday but entered a plea deal today to avoid trial. Deputies last fall reportedly seized a bag of marijuana, a cigar containing the drug and a gun from Boosie’s car. The 26 year-old rapper was sentenced to two years of prison time, however, Lil Boosie could serve as little as one year depending on his behavior while he’s locked up.”

Boosie is obviously upset about his prison sentence. However he seems to be taking it well. According to AllHipHop.com, Boosie had this to say:

“It’s just a minor setback,” Boosie said in an interview. “I am not even a convicted felon and they are giving me time. Before I take them to trial, I am goig to take my year like a real man and come back home and let that boost my career move. It’s just crazy how the Louisiana court system works.”

That’s just the way it goes sometimes. Boosie keep your head up!
