It is official, Nicki Minaj has tour fever. It happens who’ve been on the road too long and somehow adapt, actually it seems as though she’s just good at what she does best, perform. I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again, Nicki is literally the hardest working femcee in Hip-Hop right now, between recording, completing her first tour with Wayne, and in the works of going back on her with Britney Spears, she wants to plan her own.

Nicki Minaj’s multi-platinum selling debut album ‘Pink Friday’ was released in November of 2010, by the time 2012 comes around the album would have been a year a half old. And if my calculations are correct, she would have to be in limbo between touring and recording if she wants to complete her sophomore LP in a sufficient amount of time. Either way, if she does decide to headline her own tour, she would already have the professional experience since completing two consecutive tours by then.

The Young Money femcee recently spoke with UsMagazine.com and spoke about the excitement of touring with Britney and putting together her own tour.

These were her comments:

“I’m sure there are so many things I’m going to learn just by watching her. Next year, I’ll be headlining my own tour so this is my time to be a student and to learn and to absorb all of this information and then take that knowledge and create an amazing Pink Friday tour at the top of 2012.”

When UsMagazine.com inquired about her thoughts on Britney, these were her comments:

“I’m honored to be out with Britney, she’s freakin’ paved the way for pop culture. I’m excited. We are in talks to hit the stage together but that is up to her. I would love to of course. If we do something on tour, it will probably be the [‘Till the World Ends’] remix.”

At press time, the ‘Femme Fatale Tour’ with Spears and Minaj will kick off on June 16 in Sacramento, California.
