Beyonce has announced “The Mrs. Carter Show” worldwide tour. Also recently rumored, Bey is said to be recording her fifth studio album, will begin the trek overseas, setting it off at Belgrade, Serbia’s Kombank Arena. Stops on the international portion of the tour include Paris, France, London, UK and Berlin, Germany. She will then head to the United States.
