Atlanta, GA – And the story goes on. After yesterday’s court hearing whereby rapper Gucci Mane was indicted on two counts of aggravated assault charges after he allegedly attacked a soldier apparently seeking autograph with a bottle, his bond has been initially set at $75,000. However, before he can post bond in Fulton County, he will be transferred to DeKalb County whereby the rapper has probation for an unrelated misdemeanor charge.

As reported by AllHipHop.com, his attorney Drew Findling had this to say to the press outside of the courthouse:

“Mr. Davis has a history, we’re not going to skirt that issue. That history made it difficult for him to get bond today.”

At press time, Gucci Mane will remain incarcerated until he posts bond sometime this week, which he hopes.
