Lil Kim maybe slammed with a lawsuit from a Canadian artist, Samantha Ravndahl. The Canadian artist calls Lil Kim “2 faced”. According to Samantha, Lil Kim jacked her scary image then used it on her website and Instagram to promote her music.
VIBE Magazine sources say, not only did Ravndahl do the Make-up for the photo she also is the model. When Ravndahl caught wind of Lil Kim using her photo, she reached out to Kim’s reps and asked for payment for use of the picture. It was told that Lil Kim camp gave her the runaround when they received the request. When Kim’s people got back to Samantha, they told her that Kim was not willing to pay for the artwork.
The Canadian make-up artist continued to push for payment, she was told that Kim’s camp is slow at paying her. While Kim’s team took their time paying, they doing promos with artwork for “Dead Gal Walking”. Kim has went as far as adding her copyright on instagram page.
It is said that Ravndahl has yet to file a lawsuit in hopes Lil Kim will make good on their word. Lil Kim or rep has yet to make any public statement
