According to TMZ.Com the alleged incident happened in 2012, but Jeezy (36) has been arrested in Atlanta GA for battery, false imprisonment and making terroristic threats against his son. Jeezy turned himself in to law enforcement on Friday, after a warrant was issued out for his arrest for those charges.

TMZ.Com reports:

Jeezy got into a violent fist fight with his son in the bathroom and he threw his son into the glass shower door, injuring his head.  Then Jeezy allegedly punched him in the face (closed fist), dragged him into the bedroom, threw him on the bed and pummeled him. s son attempted to flew the scene but the Jeezy bodyguard blocked the stairwell, preventing to to escape." Jeezy also reportedly choked his son and said, "I will kill you." Reports also indicated Jeezy said, "I will put a bullet in your head right now," and, "If I could get away with it, I would kill you."

Jeezy's lawyers have also provided the following statement to TMZ.com;

"We have no doubt this matter will resolve itself appropriately," the statement says. "At this moment, Mr. Jenkins is thankful for the support of his fans and the respect for his family's privacy."

Now remember the incident did happened in 2012, the grand jury finally issued the warrant for the charges last week. Jeezy did turned himself in and got released on a $45,000 bond.
