Miami's own hood favirote Brisco, dubbed himself "Da Opa-Locka Goon", has established his position in this rap game. Unlike many repetitive, one hit wonders, Brisco (real name British Mitchell) distinguishes himself from the rest. With his gritty and swagger on a million type flow, it's undeniable that Brisco will top the game in a matter of time.

Brisco suffered a tragic loss at the age of 9. His mother passed away, and only 4 years later, his brother was killed in a car accident. However, not all tragedies remain that way. A year later, he was introduced to Poe Boy big shot, E-Class. It was not until 2001 that Brisco received $400,000 from his mother's life insurance, and blew it all in six months. So started the grind, doing shows and guest appearances on hit albums like DJ Khaled's "Listenn" and Rick Ross' "Port of Miami", Bris made his name known to the Dade County streets. While generating this huge buzz, he caught the attention of Birdman and Lil' Wayne. He was shortly thereafter offered a deal with Cash Money Records. And made his debut on Lil' Wayne's "Da Drought 3" mixtape on a track called "New Cash Money". As the tape kept rolling, the limelight kept glowing. With tracks all over the radio like "Just Know Dat", and "I'm In Da Hood", the recognition only kept getting bigger. The album "Street Medicine" is still in the works and it will be released soon. The hood will soon have another classic to add to the collection.
