How did you and Lil Wayne meet and how did you get into music.

I met Wayne right before he put out his first
solo album around the time when he was with Cash Money. We was really on some
homeboy shit gambling shooting dice everyday just chilling out. When Wayne
ended up dippen’ into his own and started looking for his own artist he looked
at me like “Why don’t you try and write some of the things you been
through on paper and see if you can make something out of it” so he kinda
motivated me to start writing music we started doing mix tapes and then you
know the rest is history!

24:
How does it feel to be a part of one of the biggest hip hop crews out right now
“Young Money”

It feels real good. This the type of shit
niggas dream for. I feel blessed and real humbled.

24:
Tell me a bit about the mi tape you recently released “Guddaville

That was my last mixtape. I’m working on the
new one right now “Back 2 Guddaville
it’s a certified classic. That will be everywhere soon. “Guddaville out
now.

24:
Tell me a bit about “Willy Wonka
the record has been burning up the streets right now how did that song come
about.

DJ ill will sent me the record for the “Back 2 Guddaville” mixtape. I played
the beat for Wayne, he listened to but didn’t end up laying anything down
that night. I winded up laying down my verse, when he heard the verse I did, He
ended up recording his. At first he wanted to put it on his Carter 4 album but he
liked it so much we ended up shooting a video right away for it and it’s my
first single off the “Back 2
Guddaville
” mixtape.

24:
Are you currently working on a solo album?

Yeah I’m working!

24:
How do you feel Young Money will hold up without the presence of Wayne for this
one year.

I think will be alright we strong enough.
The proof is in the pudding you see Nicky she killen it right now,  Drake
of course,  killen it right now, I’m killen the mix tapes right now, Millz
killen the mix tapes right now. I think by the time he come back home we will
have accomplished so much more. When he come back home he will feel like a
proud father when he see all this going on.

24:
Who are some the artist that have inspired you past or present

First off Weezy, Drake, everybody in Young
Money! Jay-Z, Jadakiss, The LOX, Beanie Sigel, that whole Roc-a-Fella Era,
Dipset, all of that. I’m fan of hip-hip so I listen to all types of music.

24:
Do you remember the first time you feeling like you made it?

I ain’t gone say I made it but I felt I made a
big step when we closed out the BET awards because I never did nothing like
that. I was always a mixtape rapper. I never dropped an album, I always been a
mixtape artist. I jumped from mixtapes to the BET awards that felt big to me
and we won so those two things I would have to say felt the best thus far.

24:
If you had to describe your style in 3 words what would they be?

Gudda, Gudda, Gudda

24:

My ipod with my Beats My Dr. Dre head phones
and a bag full of fresh gear!
