Kanye Stealing Lyrics?

Kanye West has landed himself in a fresh lawsuit after a songwriter and producer has come out and accused ye’ of stealing the lyrics to his hit song “Stronger”. Vince P.,  a chicago based producer and songwriter has come out and made the allegations during a radio interview yesterday.

According to Vince  him and Kanye were first introduced through Yeezy’s manager and began making music together. Somewhere down the road this didn’t work out and sometime later Vince heard his lyrics on “Stronger”. Vince claims that Ye’ has made close to 40 million dollars off stronger alone and he obviously wants his slice of that pie.

My only question to this is why now? That song is almost what 3 years old? Maybe he was just waiting for more and more royalty checks to come in off it?

Young Buck Disses Fans?

You would think in this guys position he would hold onto all the fans he’s got right? Young Buck, the cryer, recently did a show in Arizona and several not so great reviews are coming out about it. Peep this letter from a concertgoer who said Buck was a straight A-Hole.

young buck preformed in tempe az last night. i happen to work @ the club they were at and had to deal directly with this artist.  I have worked for this club for several years and have seen many famous cats from all types of music come thru from rock, heavy metal. to everything hip hop… let me just say young buck was one of the rudest people towards some of the staff. and during his show, which by the way was an all age event, stops in the middle of a song to insult a few young girls that were sitting on the stage. he basically told these young girls to get their ugly asses of his stage. then asked how old they were. when they replied 9 years old he continued to insult them and the father aproached the stage at which point he begins to insult the father for defending his daughters.  all i can say is we had to escort the gentlemen out of the venue becuase of the threat buck and his entourage were… These peope WERE fans…. all i can say is unprofesional….

Get em Buck!

Fat Joe Album Not In Stores?

Joey Crack is trying to bring back that old school boom bap feel to hip hop with his latest release Tales From The Darkside. The album is pretty solid and even got a decent review on this very site. However it is coming out that Joe may be another victim of…retail undershipping!

Several people have hit us up and let us know that they cannot find the new Fat Joe album anywhere, even at their local Best Buy. One reader said he went to three different locations and none of them had the album, though it is listed for sale on the Best Buy website. Albums get undershipped when labels don’t really believe it is going to move a lot of physical units, and concentrate more on the internet.

This obviously makes it extremely tough for Joe to move units, if there are no units to move. Let’s hope this situation can get worked out ASAP.
