The New West Vs. Ice Cube?

This is still confusing to me. Ice Cube is basically the godfather of West Coast gangsta rap so when I heard he was going in on all the new cats coming up from the west I didn’t want to believe it. However we have all seen the videos of him dissing the new West Coast and his statements which let it be known he is really not feeling the new breed. While most have been quiet some are starting to have enough and it looks like Glasses Malone is ready to throw the first punch. Here’s what he had to say about the possibnlietes of hearing a full on battle with the New West and Cube.

“Ice Cube is on a promotional run. I don’t know, you know maybe some things I say he took offense to before, but like I said in the interview I did with AllHipHop.com, I don’t go no disrespect for that dude, that dude molded my style. I’m sure he read that too but he’s constantly going on, there’s only so long I’m just going to let somebody get out of line with it.”

“I would love, I wouldn’t mind, like if you want to start with me on the microphone, I’m like n**ga come on. As of right now, I don’t have no record dissing that dude, that’s f**king Ice Cube. You know what I mean? I’m like damn, f**kin I’m a fan. But like I say, sometimes like you know, he might have took whatever I said in the wrong light and maybe he got something to say about it. But like I say, Jay Rock is right in that situation, he should have said it right at somebody.”

Chopper Goes In On Diddy!

We all know Chopper is no fan of Diddy. After being used for that Making The Band fuckery the kid has been pretty much in hip hop purgatory. Full of talent, but with no one willing to help out. Chopper recently took to the airwaves though and let it be known that his problems with Diddy are much deeper than rap. Chop accuses Diddy of never living up to his word and abandoning him when he needed him the most, post Hurricane Katrina. Peep the vid below:
