Generally, break-ups are awful. Unless, you’re the anonymous author of the Best Break Up Letter Ever™.

The scorned woman ended her two-year relationship with her boyfriend after she found a message between him and another woman named Kelsi on Facebook.

Instead of tapping into her inner crazy and doing something insanely irrational like setting his belongings on fire a la Angela Bassett in Waiting To Exhale, she did something entirely different—and funny.

She penned a break-up letter riddled with sarcasm and facetiousness that included a memory-recalling scavenger hunt for his most prized belongings like clothes,  video games, and a laptop just to name a few.

Here’s the letter in its entirety:

Hey Honey!

Guess who left his Facebook open on the computer, and got a message from Kelsi? Yeah! You! But don’t worry. I didn’t break anything! Actually, I was nice enough to package your things! And I even invented a neat game, since I know you like looking for things (like other girls!) Here’s where you’ll find your stuff!

Your clothes are where we first met!

Your video games are where we first kissed!

Your laptop is where we bought our first video game together!

Your TV is where we went “all the way”

Everything else, including pictures of the last 2 years of our lives, is AT KELSI’S HOUSE!

Have fun! Oh, and while I didn’t break or damage anything, I can’t guarantee anybody else won’t find it! Happy hunting!

After being uploaded four days ago on the Internet, the letter has already received 1.5 million views.

Share your thoughts: Is this the best break up letter ever? Did her boyfriend get his just desserts? Would you follow in her footsteps?
