 Read 14163 Times Since Posted on 0000-00-00 Monica Dropped for Record Label? According to reports, it seems as though R&B singer, Monica has been dropped form her parent record label, J Records. Some are saying it shouldn’t come as a surprise to her because of her recent ‘poor’ track records. Now we all know how HOT Monica was when she made her first limelight appearance back in ’95. Her very first album went triple platinum, her second, gold. Since then, Monica has had trouble maintaining her initial ‘record-selling’ status. However, an insider (who does not want identity reveled) says that Monica being dropped from J Records may be a good thing for her, “Monica is a very intelligent woman, she can do 1000 different things ... I''m sure in a few years we''ll all be like - ''wow look at where she is now’”. Guess we’ll have to see what she gets in to once being a recording artist is no longer an option. I won’t even lie…I’m not too sure they even know what to do with Monica. When she came out, her only solo competition was Brandy…Monica has too much competition right now…she should weigh her other options. Dream Girls has 8 Oscar Nominations! Dream Girls is getting a lot of love these days. It’s said that Dream Girls chop the charts in Sound Scan history, and running the show at this years Oscar ceremony; the only thing is that none of the nominations are under “The Best” categories. If the film is nominated more times than any other film, seems like there still trying to give a subliminal message here…think so? New York’s “Thug of the House” Gay? Okay, so I haven’t really been watching the show that much…it’s just not all that appealing to me (thank God). However, I did catch the last episode where New York seems to really be feeling “Chance”. The only problem is…he appears to be gay, just look at the photo. What straight dude you know is so comfortable with his feminine side, you can see it just by looking at him? I don’t know…New York and her mother better get another background check done…because homeboy is looking very questionable in this picture. By the way, anybody know the point of the show?
