24: How's it going? I see that you've been grinding since the last time we interviewed you, so let the people know what you've been up to?

Dee Mya: I was featured in VIBE, FHM and LACED MAG, went on Maxim Radio, did a video for Saigon, Swizz Beatz and Styles P, and currently working on a movie commercial. I'm also in talks with more people about upcoming projects.

24: The last time we interviewed you, you went by 'Xplicit' Mya. Now you changed to 'Dee' Mya. What made you change?

Dee Mya: People really didn't get it. They thought I was a porn star or something. What 'Xplicit' meant was outspoken, loud, I cursed a lot basically, I needed a warning but then I decided that if I was going to be taken more serious, I needed to just be myself and really go for it and drop the nickname and go with a name, my name.

24: Where are you from and what's your nationality?

Dee Mya: Originally I'm from Moscow, so that would make me Russian.

24: What are some new videos that you've been featured in?

Dee Mya: Styles P and Swizz Beatz "Blow Your Mind", Saigon and Swizz Beatz "Come On Baby" and a Reggae video. I'm shooting 3 more next week.

24: Last time we interviewed you, you were "New York Super Fudge." With the name change, what flavor of ice cream would you be now and why?

Dee Mya: My name can change a million times, I'm sticking with the ice cream flavor! That is one thing that will never change about me, haha.

24: If we got in your car right now, what CD's would be in rotation in your CD player?

Dee Mya: You would either hear Kanye West or Joel Y Randy. I'm really into hip hop and reggaeton, so when you get to work with people you actually listen to, it's a beautiful thing.

24: What is the sexiest outfit you own or you would wear for an intimate occasion?

Dee Mya: My birthday suit!! Or my Yankees hoody, whatever works, haha.

24: For the readers out there, are you single?

Dee Mya: Yes. I was dating someone who I thought could handle my schedule and life, but I couldn't even take a shower without him calling me 5 million times asking me where I was. I couldn't handle that, so I had to end it. When I meet someone funny and down to earth that I can trust and isn't all gassed up about himself, then I'll take a chance, until then, I'm single.

24: What projects are you currently working on?

Dee Mya: A couple of movies and dance training.

24: What's the future looking like for you?

Dee Mya: Very good. I'm working with a lot of amazing professional people and can't wait to finish school for my business degree and continue on my next one.
