 24: For those out there, who do not know you, introduce yourself.
Sinnamon: Hi 24! I'm Sinnamon Love. I'm an adult film star, glamour and fetish model.

24: How old are you?
Sinnamon: I'm 33 years old.

24: How long have you been in the industry?
Sinnamon: I just celebrated my 14th year in the industry this past February.

24: What inspired you to get into the industry?
Sinnamon: My story is rather dull. I started doing porn in 1993. I was going through a divorce, was carrying 13 units as a college sophomore, had 2 small children and was working 2 high end retail jobs. I had never seen a porn movie or magazine before. I never worked as a stripper. I answered an ad in the paper for figure modeling - looking to work as an artist's model or something of the like and found that most of the ads I found were pornographers. The money was excellent and would allow me to complete college and spend quality time with my children by working a few hours a week instead of 40-60 hours to barely make ends meet. I didn't want my grades to suffer and welfare was never an option for me. I don't knock those that chose that path... but I knew it wasn't my path. This was something I enjoyed and was a plausible solution to continuing my education and adequately providing for and raising my family.

24: What type of work have you done so far in your career?
Sinnamon: I have worked for almost every major adult film company as talent, I've directed a handful of movies, and I’ve appeared in approximately 30 men's magazines - including a cover and layout with Hip Hop Star Redman for Fish 'N Grits. I used to own both a web design company and a model management company. I have had speaking roles in about 10 independent films. I've been featured on numerous glamour, fetish and hardcore websites. I have pretty much done it all! One of my favorite roles however is as interview subject. I have had 3 different people interview me for their doctoral thesis on the porn industry.

24: Where do you want to eventually go with your career?
Sinnamon: Currently, I'm enjoying slowing down and focusing a bit more. I've found that while I am good at many things, I shouldn't do them all. I recently hired Atlas Multimedia to redesign and relaunch my website, SinnamonLove.com to take the pressure of design and programming off my hands. This is allowing me to focus on building my content development company, Love Digital Media from the ground up. LDM is a production house specifically built to sell quality ethnic content to webmasters. This is my passion. I tire of seeing images of women of color that are less than glamorous online. Women are Beautiful. Sex is passionate. It doesn't have to be as softcore as what you find on cable, but it doesn't have to be bullet wounds and stretch marks either. That's my goal, to show that "we" are just as visually stimulating as our non-ethnic counterparts.

24: What's something other then modeling that you're interested in?
Sinnamon: I'm a computer junkie. My Mac is my baby. I'm also a music nerd. I can be found scourging for vinyl at Amoeba or standing at front of house watching my favorite artists in concerts. I love going to openings at boutique art galleries and swimming through my favorite museums. I love food... and pride myself in being a gourmet chef. I love to travel. I swear one day I'm moving to Paris.

24: Is there any upcoming projects you're looking forward to?
Sinnamon: Yes! I am shooting Chemistry 4 for Vivid Video Memorial Weekend. Tristan Taromino, the series' acclaimed director, contacted me a few weeks ago and asked me to be in this... I was elated! Chemistry is sort of Real World porno style. They take 7 people and put them in a house for 2 days and the audience gets to watch what happens. (laughs) It’s going to be a lot of fun. I am working out diligently right now so I am certain to look amazing in time for this project. I am also returning to UC Santa Barbara the end of this month to speak to a film studies class on pornography. The class generally has me speak on feminism and porn, sexual empowerment and women and what it is like being a parent in porn.

24: What part of your body do you think is the sexiest?
Sinnamon: I love my eyes. I also love the dimples right above my hips in the back.

24: Since you are in the ice cream section, what flavor of ice cream would you describe yourself to be and why?
Sinnamon: I would have to say that I'm like Dulce Du Leche. I'm sticky, sweet and absolutely decadent... so good, it has to be a Sin.

24: What's the biggest misconception about you?
Sinnamon: That I'm a ding bat or on drugs because I do porn. Or that I'm an uncontrollable nympho. I mean, yes, I have my moments of complete debauchery... but I have a business to run - so I'm not hanging from the chandelier or walking around in stilettos and lingerie 24/7. And no, I'm not picking up every guy I meet... unfortunately I'm not easy just because I do porn.

24: For the men reading, are you single?
Sinnamon: Sorry guys, I'm totally taken. (giggles) I have been with my partner for over 7 years now. He gets the very best part of me.. my heart.

24: Describe a fantasy of yours that you would like to do?
Sinnamon: Oh geez... I think I did that a couple of nights ago! (laughs uncontrollably) I can't say.. but it really brought a whole new meaning to dirty.
