24: When you put out your very first mixtape did you ever think you would be at this stage in your career?

Drama: I could not see it at all happening. The first time I put out my first mixtape was so long ago, it was about 1994 and I was in high school and I was trying to get a couple of dollars. I remember when me and T.I. did the The Source cover together and I thought about how I would go and buy that magazine and now to be on the cover is amazing to me. But it just goes to show that if you have a talent or ideas and put drive and work ethic behind it, this is what can happen.

24: What should the fans except from this album?

Drama: The fans should expect exactly what they get from my Gangsta Grillz mixtapes quality street music, a well done project and bigger and better version with great artist and new artist (Willy The Kid).

24: With your first single "5000 Ones" tell me how did you choose who was going to be on that record and how did the song come together?

Drama: Jazze [Pha] blessed me with that. My back was against the wall because the album got pushed back and the label wanted a single. I went to Jazze and told him I need one and he gave me a couple beats and I picked the best ones and "5000 Ones" happen to be in there and we pretty much A&R the whole song choosing who should be on the record. I had actually taken it to T.I. first and he said he was rocking with it and everything else fell into place.

24: I know you shot the video for that so when will the fans get to vote for it on the countdowns?

Drama: ASAP! The video will actually premier this week. B.E.T. did a whole behind the scenes with Rap City so look out for that and vote it #1! We probably will win for the most cameos in a video because everyone came and supported, a lot of beautiful women came out and we just had fun.

24: Outside of Jazze Pha who else did you work with on the production?

Drama: Of course Don Cannon, another AMG producer Detroit Red, Khao of Grand Hustle, Drumma Boy, Lil Jon, The Runners, Dame Grease to name a few we got bangers!

24: If you had to choose a favorite song which would it be and why?

Drama: I don't really have a favorite because I really like the whole album as a complete package, I like to listen from beginning to the end and this album you can.

24: Who inspires DJ Drama because I know you inspire a lot of DJ's in the game as well as up and coming?

Drama: Everybody man, Cannon, T.I.P., Willy, AMG. My team is really where I get my inspiration from but DJ Khaled inspires me, DJ Jazzy Jeff, Funkmaster Flex, and DJ Clue. And it's really hard because by saying names I know I will forget someone who really inspires me also. Hov inspires me, DJ Kid Capri, Puff, Robert Dinero, Malcolm X, my dad and mom the list goes on and on.

24: Out of all the mixtapes you have done, do you have a favorite?

Drama: I can't pick because its too hard. For me not to pick Lil Jon when he's the voice of Gangsta Grilz, or T.I., Jeezy all these tapes mean so much to me and God has blessed me and it's a great feeling.

24: What was it about your new artist Willy The Kid that made you want to work with him because I'm sure you get artist and up coming artist giving you demo's all the time?

Drama: One thing is that Will has been with us and he is one of the reasons we have a deal for AMG on Asylum and he excites me and takes me back to my earlier days when I first started. Also I like to go left and Willy was not the artist some people would think I have, they probably think I would have a Trap Star artist.

24: When you decide to step away from the music industry what do you want the people to say about you?

Drama: That Drama left a legacy, Drama represented the culture to the fullest and I want to go down with the greats!

24: What next in line for 'AMG" (Affiliates Music Group)?

Drama: My album then you have Willy The Kid album dropping right after then Darkman project and Don Cannon in 08.
