Akon To Be 'Acquitted' in May
 The ever busy Akon announced that his third album, Acquitted, will see an early May release. If you remember his last album was named Konvicted, so this title is keeping in theme with the last one. His next album after Acquitted he says is also already completed and will be released as soon as all the singles for this one have run their course. “My fourth album is called Double Jeopardy. I'm already on it. It's all set up,” He says, “ If they want all the records now, it would take me 30 days to put it together.”Akon didn’t offer up too many details on the new album but did reveal one huge collaboration, that being the one and only, the freak of all freaks, Michael Jackson! I know, I know calm down. We've all been waiting for that hot new Michael and it's finally coming! Of the song Akon said “The record is so huge. It's too big. [Michael's] the only person I could have collaborated with.” I don’t know on this one. I love Akon don't get me wrong, but I don't think a song with wacko Jacko is really gonna move and impress this generation too much. We honestly don’t know why you old folks hold him in such high regard as all we've ever known him for is being a tabloid freak and a joke on late night TV shows. All the best though as I know Akon is a hardworking man and is gonna get that money regardless.
