Bail Set for Trilville's Don P On Rape Charges

Don P. (born Donnell Prince) was arrested on charges that he raped a 16-year-old girl at a party held at a Lithonia, GA apartment complex on December 16. At his bond hearing last Wednesday (Feb.8) Dekalb Senior Superior Court Judge William McMurray listened to several hours of testimony before setting the bond at $75,000.
The conditions of the bond stipulate that Prince may not contact the young woman or leave the country.
