Bohagon Leaves Lil Jon's B.M.E. Label
 Extremely talented and long overdue to get his shine, Georgia MC Bohagon is free at last. He has been wasting time over at Lil Jon’s B.M.E. Records, also the home to E-40, Lil Scrappy, and Crime Mob for the better part of 5 years now. He released several mixtapes and laced features on other nigga’s albums but was kept waiting in the dark with an album never released. Hagon said this was his main reason for leaving the label as his album was supposed to come out several times already. "The way it was situated, my album was gonna come out behind Scrappy’s album," Bohagon explained. "BME put out Scrap’s album and they ain’t like how Warner Brothers was doing things. Somehow the deal got messed up and BME wanted to part ways with Warner Brothers. Warner Brothers kept me, Scrappy, and E-40. So we just worked out a situation where they offered me to Atlantic and Asylum. I felt I would have a better chance at Asylum." Bohagon has long had his Black Cartel imprint label and plans to release his debut, Who Am I, through the new situation with Asylum who will distribute the record. Black Cartel is also home to fellow Georgian, Playboy Tre. As for his former boss, although he played with his career for damn near a decade, Bohagon says he has no hate in his blood for Jon. "At the end of the day, I’ma always be grateful ‘cause he took me out the hood as a little country ass nigga from South Georgia, and took me around the world," the rapper continued. “ I wish he woulda been a lot more loyal; I wish he woulda kept it 100 with me. I can’t regret that time [with BME]. For the most part, it was a great learning experience." I definitely feel Bo’ on this one. Right now Bohagon is in Germany where he is promoting his deal and upcoming album Who Am I. Fans of good quality lyrical hip hop should be happy today as this is good news for us. Just stay tuned and watch out for Bohagon cause I promise he’s got what we all been looking for in this music shit.
