DJ Envy Breaks His Silence, Does Interview with ''Rap City
  The interview, conducted by Mad Linx, will premiere today at 5 p.m. and re-air tomorrow (May 24) at 5 p.m.Envy (born Rashawn Casey) kept silent since the firing of rival radio personality, Star (born Troi Torain). The shock jock was terminated (May 10) after making sexual comments and threatening Envy's 4-year-old daughter. Star had also made racial remarks about Envy's wife, Gia Casey. While Star was pink slipped, rumors spread that Envy was briefly suspended by Hot 97 for unspecified reasons. Star was later arrested (May 12) on charges of harassment and endangering the welfare of a child. According to reports, Gia Casey now plans to sue Star. The details of the lawsuit have yet to surface.
