Dave Chappelle Having 2nd Block Party

Rumor has it that Dave Chappelle is going to do another mini-block party in Washington D.C., his hometown. I can’t divulge the location, but I heard it’s going to be a benefit concert next month. Also, ticket sales will go to the Duke Ellington School of the Arts. This might not be a rumor since I heard it’s already sold out! There seems to be a snag, however. Some of the organizers aren’t really excited about Dave’s brand of comedy and are conflicted.
