Diddy Headed To Court
 A trial date has been set for the month of May in the lawsuit of Gerard Rechnitzer versus Sean Combs. The suit stems from an incident that supposedly happened after an Academy Awards party last year. According to Rechnitzer on February 25th 2007, Diddy punched him in the face after he questioned Diddy about hitting on his fiancé right in front of him. "What the f**k you looking at dude? I’ll smack flames out of you’re a**!" is what Combs apparently said to Rechnitzer before doing just that and punching him in the face, knocking him into the street. It is not known how much Rechnitzer is seeking in damages but I’m sure it’s in the millions seeing that he is claiming he suffered injuries due to the incident and had to see a dentist to get his teeth adjusted. Diddy has denied the allegations and instead said it was a case of Rechnitzer’s face beating up his hand as seen in this statement he issued “Any contact was caused by his forward motion against my open hand." I know, funny shit right. Comb’s defense team recently took an L when the judge ruled that a videotape the defense claimed showed Rechnitzer attacked Diddy first would not be admissible to the poor image quality. It was commonly speculated that this suit would never go to trial and instead be settled quickly but it looks otherwise. He had to get his teeth adjusted? Who knew Diddy was such a tough guy? Looks can be deceiving I guess…
