Diddy Settles Assault Suit
 The suit that Diddy has been involved in for some time now has come to a close in the form of a payoff. Gerard Rechnitzer who accused Diddy of punching him at a party last year has accepted a settlement agreement from Combs and his attorneys. Combs and his legal team both initially denied the allegations even going so far as to saying it was Rechnitzer’s fault he got punched as seen in this classic Diddy quote. “I outstretched one of my hands, which hand was not closed-fisted, to shield myself ... any contact between Mr. Rechnitzer and myself was caused by his forward motion against my stationary open hand." Right. Well anyway it looks like Diddy didn’t want to fight anymore and has agreed to come up with some shut up money. The amount is not known but I’m sure it’s a nice sum if it’s coming out of Diddy’s pockets. See there’s a career in getting punched by Papa Diddy Pop. Take That Take That, indeed!
