While he has been known as one of the most controversial rappers even adding Mariah Carey and hubby Nick Cannon to his list of ridicules as of lately, rapper Eminem has denied the claims that he recorded a diss towards Soulja Boy.

According to HipHopDX:

“Recently, a poorly-mastered track titled "Die Already" leaked online, on which a rapper sounding similar to Shady raps, "Do the Superman, fuckin' die already ... I wouldn't buy your CD for half price on eBay ... Ice-T told you don't make me say it the mean way/ I'm not a bad person, you just suck like BJ."

Eminem denies all claims that this is actually him on the track. Em’s fellow D12 member and producer Kon Artis even stepped in writing to AllHipHop.com claiming the song was a hoax and basically a bad impersonator.

"That new Em dis is a straight up hoax. Can't y'all tell? Couldn't Allhiphop?"

Imposter Em spits taunts about Soulja Boy and even his fans:

"Excuse me ma, America, do ya'll understand any English anymore?"

The REAL Em replied via his Twitter page:

"Wow, whoever made 'Die Already' really does sound like me. But it ain't."

Personally it doesn’t even sound like Eminem to me. There are certain similar qualities but you can tell it was mixed way too much and the flow is not exactly like Em’s in my opinion. So it’s definitely a bad impersonation. Nice try though. I wonder what Soulja Boy has to say about this?

Soulja Boy has yet to respond to the track or to the Eminem Impersonator. Check out the song “Die Already” Below:

C-Murder’s Murder Trial Begins

Undoubtedly living up to his name, rapper Corey “C-Murder” Miller is finally facing the music as he begins a long awaited murder trial. The trial began on August 5, 2009 with the teenage victim’s father taking the stand to testify. According to NOLA News, George Thomas, the 16 year-old victim’s father, gave a statement to the court about the night of his son’s murder.

“Mr. Thomas said he got a call at 1 a.m. on the night his son was shot. It was from the bouncer at the Platinum Club. Thomas went to the club after the call, and a deputy told him Steve had been shot. Thomas then went to West Jefferson Medical Center but was unable to see his son. "The doctor said he did everything he could, but Steve was dead," Thomas testified in a shaky voice, wiping away tears. "I took all that junk he had on the wall and threw it in the garbage can," he said.”

Although C-Murder maintains his innocence, according to Newsday, an associate of Miller said that he was indeed responsible for the teen’s murder.

“A Louisiana judge has refused to postpone next month's trial. Prosecutors wanted a delay so they could investigate a claim by another man that he killed the teenager. Judge Hans Liljeberg ruled that prosecutors have less than two weeks to investigate allegations raised by Miller's attorney that associate Juan Flowers killed Steve Thomas on Jan. 12, 2002.”

Well it’s all up to the courts now. If convicted, Miller faces life in prison. Recently C-Murder requested a trial re-location that was later denied after his attorney Ron Rakosky argued that the media’s coverage would prevent a fair trail. According to The Times Picayune:

“Assistant Jefferson Parish District Attorney David Wolff said Rakosky was making the same arguments he had made when a previous change-of-venue motion was denied in April. 24th Judicial District Court Judge Hans Liljeberg denied the request for a change of venue. He said 14 mock jurors were chosen in April after an earlier request to move the trial. Those mock jurors were questioned about their knowledge of the case and "it was clear to everybody that Mr. Miller can get a fair trial." A panel of 39 potential jurors was sworn in for the jury-selection process around 10 a.m. today. Liljeberg warned them that the trial could last two weeks.”

Rakosky probably should’ve come up with a better excuse with that especially after famous cases like Michael Jackon, R-Kelly, and even the O.J. Simpson case, which was actually a highly publicized murder trial in which O.J. was acquitted of.

Well if he didn’t do it, hopefully he will be acquitted and return home to his family. Good Luck C-Muder!
