After Fat Joe introduced some
reggaeton artists to the stage, he went on to present an award. Before he announced
the winner, Fat Joe took a shot at 50 Cent and the G-Unit by saying, "I feel safe
with all the police protection, courtesy of G-Unit." A few minutes after that,
witnesses say that 50 and some of G-Unit tried to confront Joe but was held back
by security. Later in the night, at the end of 50 performance, Tony Yayo and 50
Cent took shots right back, "Fuck Fat Joe, Fat Fuck, Pussy Boy, Fuck Terror Squad."
--During a dancing skit with between Omarion and Diddy, Luke showed up to
represent Miami --Earlier in the pre-show, 50 officially announced the signing
of Ma$e to G-Unit --Trina showed up on the 'White Carpet' with her new man, Lil'
Wayne --Lil' Jon got dissed by Paulina Rubio when presenting an award. As they
came to present, Lil' Jon put his arm around her and as soon as he did, she slapped
it away. As the nominations were being shown, off camera, Rubio tries to complain
to the producer. --Diddy orchastrated a tribute to Notorious B.I.G. with the help
of Snoop Dogg. --Ludacris won his first moonman for Best Rap Video
