Flo Rida's 'Low' Continues to Rise, Second Single Featuring Timbaland
Miami rapper Flo Rida has been making a lot of noise this year, and the year has only begun. At the top of the year, Flo Rida broke the record for selling the most digital singles in one week for his hit single ‘Low’ featuring T-Pain. ‘Low’ is the lead single from the Disney Movie “Step Up 2 The Streets” as well as Flo Rida’s Poe Boy/Atlantic debut “Mail On Sunday” due March 18. The rapper continues his #1 streak on iTunes for the 10th consecutive week as well as #1 on the Ringtone Charts for the #8th consecutive week, passing the 1 million marking, making him one of the few artists’ to sell 1 million ringtones before their album was released. As Flo Rida continues to rise to the top of the charts, he recently released his second single featuring Hip-Hop Superstar Producer Timbaland called ‘Elevator.’ A video for the single was recently shot in Miami by acclaimed video director Gil Green and featured appearances from Timbaland, Rick Ross, Triple C, Brisco, Lil Boosie, DJ Khaled, K Foxx and many more. The video will be hitting MTV, BET and other video outlets in a few weeks. Be sure to check your local TV stations in the coming weeks as Flo Rida makes various TV appearances starting tonight February 6 on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno and Flo Rida performs his hit single “Low” with Travis Barker. He will also appear on MTV’s Randy Jackson’s Best Dance Crew Show airing Thursday at 10pm. In the coming weeks, look for Flo Rida to make appearances on MTV’s TRL, BET’s 106 & Park and daytime’s Ellen DeGeneres Show.
