Jadakiss Pleads Not Guilty
 Read 851 Times Since Posted on 0000-00-00 After appearing before a WestchesterCounty judge to plead not guilty to criminal possession of a weapon and criminal possession of stolen property, rapper Jadakiss made an appearance on New York's Hot 97 yesterday. "I should have been home sleeping, getting ready to do the 'VH1 Hip Hop Honors' with Styles P. Instead I was in the hood, being a knucklehead," The Lox rapper told Hot 97 personality Angie Martinez after his release. According to Jadakiss, whose real name is Jason Phillips, when the police arrived he was outside of a locked vehicle, "You figure it out," he told Martinez and radio listeners. The Yonkers-bred rapper remained in jail until yesterday, when he was released after posting a $5,000 bond. Jada is still facing a misdemeanor charge of marijuana possession and is due back in court for a hearing on October 20th.
