Page, a 14-year old veteran of the wrestling world, is claiming in the lawsuit that he was the first to use the "Diamond Cutter" hand symbol in 1996 and considers it his logo. Since that time he has been using it professionally for his wrestling and entertainment ventures. The cover of Page's new book, Yoga For Regular Guys, also features the symbol.

Hov, who used the diamond hand sign frequently as a symbol of his Roc-a-Fella Records dynasty, is seen flashing it on the CD covers for The Dynasty: Rock La Familia 2000 and Jay-Z: Fade To Black DVD. Page is a three-time world champion wrestler known for his highly publicized and financially successful pay-per view and network feuds with wrestling giants such as Randy "Macho Man" Savage, Hulk Hogan and Bill Goldberg. Along with the championship titles and main events, Page starred in the movie Ready To Rumble and has since released the fitness and workout DVD and book titles called, YRG--Yoga For Regular Guys.
