Jay-Z Responds to T-Pain's Diss, Saigon Speaks on Joe Budden's Hardships
Jay-Z Responds to T-Pain’s Diss "But Jay-Z is 59 years old, I don't think he has the right to say if it's dead," Pain said to a crowd. "That's just me, that's just me. Because I didn't come here to preach, I didn't come here to have a sermon. I came here to have fun, now ladies and gentlemen, I will give you the full right and the ability to kick my ass if you see Jay-Z do this -- Now I just want to clarify, are there any Jay-Z fans in the crowd -- but you don't see me saying rap is dead. Even though it is because all the rappers are trying to do T-Pain." Seems like someone is still a little salty regarding that Death Of Auto-Tune joint. Well Jay has decided to respond. While speaking with Ed Lover on the "Ed Lover Show" Jay definitely had something to say about T-Pain’s rant. "I made it very clear I wasn't talking about him [on 'Death of Autotune']," Jay explained. "I think he's talented, I don't thik he needs auto-tune to sell records but if that's his prerogative -- Everybody has a birthday. They don't have much else to say, they can't attack my credentials as an artist or my lyrics as an emcee." What else is there to really say but that? I wonder if T-Pain is going to make a counter claim. Maybe even a diss track? I’d love to hear that one. Well Jay-Z hasn’t commented any further, and I don’t think he even needs to waste his time. Each artist just needs to keep doing their own thing, with or without auto-tune. Check Out T-Pain’s comments below: Saigon Speaks on Joe Budden’s Hardships "You gotta kick a dog while he's down? [laughs]," Saigon said in an interview with Ms. Drama. "You got to kick Joe Budden while he's down? [You're] wrong for that. Joe Budden is going through a -- he's having a hard time...I feel sorry for Joe Budden, word, and he did it to himself. I was the first domino that did this to him. He should have not fucked with me. He fucked with me and his life ended. His career, his life, it was a domino effect. The second I did it to him, everybody felt like they could jump on. He regrets it. He got punched in the eye by six people [laughs] and he started apologizing. 'I'm sorry.' I was mad that he didn't fight back after talking about me when I went out like a hero, nigga, it's six people." Well whether that is true or not is unsure but what we do know is that Budden is still ticking a bunch of people off after his complaining about Vibe.com’s Hip-Hop artist chart. I wonder if he feels like he should’ve just kept those comments to himself. Budden has yet to comment but you can check out Saigon’s interview with Ms. Drama below.
