Jim Jones Backs Down From T.I. Remarks

Loose lipped Harlemite Jim Jones, recently made an almost fatal error when he went at one of the greatest rappers of all time, T.I.. Yeah I said it. Do remember Jones said that T.I.'s swag was fabricated and that nobody wanted to "look like T.I." Well now it appears his high came down a little bit and he is recanting his words and trying to make nice.

"People took it the wrong way," began Jones. "I wasn't really deliberately doing nothing to knock T.I. I was just saying what I felt regarding swagger and who sets the precedent for it. I know for sure that people have said, 'Yo, you looking like Jim Jones. I'm trying to get that 'Jim Jones' look. But I haven't heard people saying, 'You're looking like T.I.,' or whoever. Where I'm from, niggas don't run to go look like no Kanye. I don't hear nigga in the hood like, 'I need to get that jacket Jay had on.'"

Right. Because we all know everybody wants that no shave scruffy Jim Jones patent look. He goes on to say that there is no real beef and that the next time he sees T.I. it won't be about nothing.

"When I see him it'll be like, 'What's up, What's poppin'?' Niggas can't tell me nothing in this game, period, even if you had a problem. I ain't tripping on nobody. You can't never use me for a publicity stunt. I'm always gonna get cabbage. I'm like the fruit man. I'm waiting for a new shipment of cabbage."

T.I. has remained surprisingly quiet about the whole thing only replying that "it's nothing" when the remarks were first initially made.
