Luke Owes Baby Mama Child Support

Luke,
of The 2 Live Crew, is being sued by the mother of his 20-year old daughter for
back child support. Although the child in question is now full grown the
mother, Davania Branch Burns, claims Uncle Luke still owes $40,000 in late
child support payments.
She claims Luke has paid nothing in over two years and has
avoided communication with her and her lawyer, Jane E. Carey. Her lawyer
released a statement regarding the matter. ''We want him to stand up and not be
a deadbeat daddy. He needs to do the right thing,” Carey fumed. “He needs to
take care of his child. Why should he not pay? The ordinary working man has to
pay.” Luke has not issued a statement on the matter and Burns is seeking a
hearing before a local circuit judge in order to resolve the issue.
I agree with her there the ordinary man has to pay. What I
have a problem with is that this girl is 20 years old. If her mother is still
supporting her then that’s her problem, but she should not be coming at Luke.
This chick needs a new hustle and quit trying to sow Uncle Luke up.
