Mos Def To Play Rock Legend In Movie
 NY backpack rapper and actor Mos Def has signed on to play legendary musician and Rock n Roll icon Chuck Berry. Most of you probably don’t know who the hell Chuck Berry is but he is one of the original inventors of rock n roll and considered one of the greatest of all time. Well now a film about his record label and it’s boss is being brought to us and Mos just landed the role of Berry. While the film is mainly about Chess Records founder Lenoard Chess it will also deal with the labels artists’ which included Muddy Waters and Howlin Wolf along with Berry. The film, which is entitled Cadillac Man, is currently filming in New Jersey but is set in Chicago and also stars another well known person from the music world. Beyonce, who is also the executive producer, will play the troubled and drunk Etta James in the flick. No official release date has yet been announced but insiders say look for it in early 2009.
