Snoop Dogg to Star in Reality Show

Snoop Dogg is doing big things as of late, whether it's recording album after album or guest featuring on other fellow rapper's albums, things are going well for the west coast celebrity. Between juggling his music career, acting career, and personal life, you would think there'd be too much on his plate to possibly do anymore, well apparently not, he's actually now slated to star in his own reality show.

Reality shows have taken over primetime television for the past couple of years now. Apparently, viewers are extremely enticed to know what goes on in the lives of their favorite celebrities. Following in the steps of Being Bobby Brown, Run's House, and Three 6 Mafia's Holly Hood, Snoop Dogg has signed a contract with E! Entertainment to star in his own comedic reality show. The premise of the show has cameras following him around and about as he runs his daily life revolving around his kids and his career, juggling those two back and forth as an everyday routine all for the world to see. The pilot series is set to release late 2007, early 2008.

To tell you the truth it would've happened regardless, I guess E! Entertainment was the quickest one to draft the contract. Sometimes it is a great opportunity for both the artist and the station, well depending on what exactly they are pushing. But either way, this has got to be something I'm looking forward to see, well the first couple of shows of the first season at least.

50 Cent's New Album has been pushed back….Again

The original set release date for Curtis, was June 26, several weeks ago he opted to change that to September 4 stating that "the world deserve to receive my music at the time as everyone else." The new date that was set is now pushed to September 11, a week after the revised scheduled release; apparently Interscope thought the date they revised complicated things because of the Labor Day holiday. Fans are just going to have to be much more patient and await his new album just a little longer. As for now, Fif's singles have been blowing up the charts and radio stations across the world. With the release of the I Get Money video last Friday, it took just mere minutes for the new video to circulate all across the net. To view the video check our 24 On Demand section.

I think I have an idea of what 50 is trying to accomplish, but releasing almost all the tracks as singles, I hope, isn't that exact idea. I'm curious to know what he's trying to prove. And another thing, can somebody explain to me Ciara and Curtis, the urban version of Beauty and the Beast, how long do you think that'll last? Fif you're up there, but you're not Hova.

Michael Jackson's Financial Issues

The King of Pop has recently got into more problems with the legal system, but this time it has to do with money and creditors. With millions of dollars in owed money from loans and credit through banks, Jackson needs to get his priorities straight. Besides the publishing rights from his own songs and the Beatles catalog that he procured, he is still knee deep in financial debt alongside a lawsuit pending trial.

MJ needs to come down to Miami and become part of the movement we got going on down here. Rick Ross' – Trilla might be a good first start, September 25th, 2007, go get the album. With that in mind, he needs to hurry and finish his own damn album, the one rumors have been buzzing about, that will definitely put him back on the map.
