The Stars Come Out To Celebrate Flo Rida Album Release
Miami Beach, FL. – With a
huge list of star studded celebrities in attendance for the release
party of the most anticipated album to drop by far was held last night
at Club Cameo in the Party District of Miami’s
own South Beach. Fans were waiting in line as early as 11:00pm
just to attend one of the hottest industry parties of the year. Let’s
not forget the main reason why they were all there in the first place,
to celebrate the release of Miami based artist Flo Rida’s debut
album 'Mail on Sunday' that will hit stores on Tuesday, March 18th. Keeping
the theme of the album, they set the party to be held on a Sunday, two
days before the release. Before the arrival of Flo Rida,
DJ Kronik alongside Big Will of 99 Jamz kept the crowd
hype as they spun some of the hottest tracks to hit the club scene.
DJ Khaled and Ace Gutta even made a surprise performance
of Ace’s hit single Cash Flow. As the fans kept filling in, artists
as well, made their arrival to the club late into the night. All around
V.I.P. artists made their presence known, from local to national,
they walked back and forth mingling with the fans and the execs that
were in attendance. Artists that made an appearance to support Flo Rida
included: Udonis Haslem of the Miami Heat, Trina,
Ne-Yo, Melissa Ford, C-Ride, T-Drop, Rich
Kidd, Proffesir, Busta Free
and Yack of Unda Surveillance, Chilla, and of course
the whole Poe Boy Family, excluding Rick Ross, he was
out of town promoting his album, Trilla. As a matter of fact, Busta
Free and Yack graced the stage and performed their hit song, On Deck,
produced by CP Hollywood. As soon as Flo Rida arrived to the Club, Brisco, the Opa Goon, hit the stage and began performing his hit single, Bitch, I’m Me, definitely formally introducing himself to the crowd. Going directly into his next single Just Know Dat, Flo adds his vocals as he began to grace the stage alongside his label brethren. Flo was that anxious to hit the stage, he couldn’t keep his fans waiting as the anticipation in the crowd rose to an all time as high the crowd cheered for his first appearance on stage. Seconds later, the whole Poe Boy Family jumped to the stage and made a huge impact upon the crowd as half the club rushed to the front of the stage. Gunplay & Torch of Triple C arrived on stage, as well, and performed alongside Brisco as they performed Reppin My City from the Trilla album. David Lyn grabbed the mic just before Flo was to perform his new tracks for the crowd to hear. David Lyn, Poe Boy’s new R&B sensation, graced the stage as Big Chuck, President of Poe Boy Music Group, formally introduced him to a crowd of curious listeners. With that being said, David alongside some fans unveiled his potential hit single Re-Up. The reaction from the crowd was phenomenal. When it was time for Flo
Rida to finally grace the stage, his manager Freezy
of Strong-Arm Management stepped on the stage and formally thanked
the crowd for their ongoing support and to Flo Rida for his tremendous
talent. Flo in return did the same as he expressed gratitude to Freezy
for if not for him, he wouldn’t be where he is today. Flo began performing
principle tracks from his new album Mail on Sunday, tracks that included
American Superstar in which he threw money into the crowd like crazy,
Ack Like You Know, Money Right, Ms. Overall, it was a memorable
night. Flo Rida and the whole Poe Boy family made a definite imprint
at Club Cameo Crobar last night and will be talked about for a while.
