24: Introduce yourself to everyone and let them know where your representing?

Ramzez Da Ruler: Well, I go by the name of Ramzez(Da Ruler) and I was born & raised in Miami,FL representing robin hood, Liberty City area but I'm worldwide so check your maps.

24: What do you feel your bringing to the music world and what separates you from the next new artist?

Ramzez Da Ruler: What I bring to the music world is that real Hip-Hop music. Staying out the box is what separates me and bringing new soulful sounds.

24: Who were some  artist that you would say influence you musically?

Ramzez Da Ruler: Wow, believe it or not  Rakim. Not to mention artist like Nas , Outkast , and NWA.  I'm a Hip-Hop head so for me the list goes on and on. I wasn't into the booty music as a shorty though(lol).

24: Tell about some the projects your currently working on?

Ramzez Da Ruler: Well, I just dropped the formula mixtape hosted by DJ Sylent  and you can download it now on Valholla.com/formula. I'm working on my EP album. It's going to be crazy, it should be  coming sometime in 2010. I'm in the lab now for my insomnia street album dropping at the end of this year!

24: Who are some of the producers you have been working with and who would you love to work with in the near future?

Ramzez Da Ruler: I have amazing producers on deck such as Neo the Matrix , Nick Fury , Chad Beats , Keith Bizz , King Siah , Johnne Law , Kapital , Cokchop it's a lot but they all were ready to work on my projects.  I highly respect that and in the near future I would say producers like Pharrel and Salam Remi.

24: At a time when the music industry is at an Up & Down state which would you what to sign to an Indie Label or a Major Label?

Ramzez Da Ruler: Wow, how things are now I will most definitely go with a stay Indie Label but its a constant grind so if a major label comes to the table I would  take it and milk it for what its worth. It's still a business! Warner, EMI,  came at me but its not realistic for me and Valholla.

24: What should the readers look out for from you in 2009?

Ramzez Da Ruler: I'm more than an artist so look out for a lot of promo pics in a few magazines, I will be doing my model thing. Look out for some of my reviews from my new mixtape "Formula" and it's getting crazy downloads, my Valholla family touring to a city/state near you and the rest is a surprise!

Ramzez Da Ruler: The future is here so Valholla is now! Shouts out to Phatz , Cee Teension , Kirby Maurier, Vince the Prince my Valholla staff , MJA Fashion , Chuncky Chicks, Luxury Tax, Slick Salt Ent. and definitely all the DJ's who really are DJ's! Rappers are born everyday but artist last forever! You a good dude Jay Carter, so definitely big ups to you.
