24: Where you from?

G.C.: I'm straight from Palm Beach Florida.

24: How long have you been doing you're thing?

G.C.: I've been doing for about 4 years now. I started as a youngin. I'm 18 and I started when I was 14, young kid just hustling and listening to all these Miami rappers and just wanting to bring something to the movement.

24: Who are some of your influences?

G.C.: I gotta give it up to [Rick] Ross, big dog is doing his thing. I gotta give it up to Trick [Daddy] and the Dunk Ryders, Brisco, Flo Rida, Pitbull and the whole movement.

24: What are you bringing that's different to the game?

G.C.: Me. I bring a different style. I love Miami but I love New York style hip-hop like Wu-Tang Clan, Nas, and all that. I bring some dirty south but you got to think about what I say. I bring the metaphors. I bring everything to the booth. I bring the fire. I turn the booth into the danger zone.

24: Just different lyrics is what you're saying?

G.C.: You just got to stop and think about what I'm saying.

24: What are some things you talk about in your music?

G.C.: I talk about everything. The females, the club, life, just about everything. I touch every point in hip-hop.

24: What do you want to accomplish with your music?

G.C.: I mean right now I just did a mixtape with DJ Papa Smirf that's going to drop soon. After that I'm just trying to get signed. I'm not in it for the money, I'm in this for the love of hip-hop and the love of music. Just to be in the booth and vibe and it just comes to you. I just want to go to the top and for people to be like damn, that kid I grew up with is doing big things.

24: How did you get started?

G.C.: I went up to New York to visit my cousin and he's big into rap and he guided me to doing freestyles and then I started writing and now I'm producing and doing beats and I just put it all together and it just came together.

24: So you make your own beats?

G.C.: I make a lot of beats but I also worked with Kane Beatz. I got 2 tracks produced by Kane. I worked with a lot of unknown producers that are about to blow.

24: What do you plan to do different to help the game. People are saying it's fucked up right now?

G.C.: To tell you the truth, I don't think it's fucked up. When you have big dogs like Rick Ross and Flo Rida, come on, #1 artist in America. Album sales are down but digital sales are up. To me it's not fucked up, it's just people thinking negative. Me, I'm on the positive level. If we keep doing what we're doing, it will work out.

24: You said your mixtape is next, tell me about that.

G.C.: It's called 'Get Cash Volume 1' hosted by Papa Smirf. I got a lot of my homeboys on here from Palm Beach. I show love to 305. Expect 21 tracks of fire.

24: What is you're biggest achievement in music so far?

G.C.: About a couple months ago I did a crazy record with Dela Candela from SBR (Strictly Business Records) and that brought me to another level. Since then I've been doing shows. I've opened for Flo Rida at the Hard Rock and Rhumba's.

24: Who are you looking to collaborate with in the future?

G.C.: Right now I'm talking with Brisco trying to collaborate with him. I got a crazy record for him and of course the big boss Rick Ross.

24: What advise would you give to other up and coming artist?

G.C.: Never give up. I've been doing this for 4 years and I know people have been doing it longer than me. Never give up. It takes time and just keep doing it. If people say you can't do it, fuck them cause you can do it.

24: Anything you want to promote?
