Artist: DJ Super Dre

Mixtape: In American Gangster Rap

Bringing new life into the mixtape scene, DJ Super Dre and Money Matters Ent. Presents "In American Gangster Rap," inspired by the movie in which the same way Jay-Z was DJ Super Dre incorporates parts of the movie perfectly with the hottest music from various artist such as Jay-Z, Lil Wayne, Rick Ross, 50 Cent, and DJ Khaled to name a few. A prime example of this was on a skit right before Kanye West song "Flashing Lights," DJ Super Dre played a scene from the movie where Frank Lucas (played by Denzel Washington) was talking to his brother about being too flashy and following behind Nicky Barnes (aka Mr.Untouchable) or the "I Wanna Be Like You" skit before playing T.I.'s song "Hurt" where Frank Lucas nephew played by T.I. tells him he doesn't want to play baseball anymore, he wants to be like him. Separating yourself and making your own lane, I think is key in the industry especially when putting out a mixtape and DJ Super Dre and Money Matters did just that! Some other highlights on the mixtape are Nas "Surviving The Times", Fat Joe "Crack House" ft. Lil Wayne and new music from up and coming artist Max B "Why You Do That" (known for his hooks on Jim Jones Gold selling Koch release P.O.M.E.).
