Whether you agree that he's the "Best Rapper Alive" you have to agree that he's one of the hardest working in the game right now and his latest mixtape, The Drought Is Over PT.4, is a prime example with songs like "One Night Only" which I wish would have made it to his highly awaited album Carter III. On this mixtape, Weezy gets together with Mr.West on production and BabyFace on the hook for one of my personal favorite songs "Get Too Comfortable" and the StreetRunner produced "Trouble". But through it all, Lil Wayne shows that he still needs improvement clearly on tracks like "Money, Cars, Clothes" featuring Swizz Beatz, "Need Some Quiet Time" which sounds exactly like "Money On My Mind" a track from the Carter II or "Brand New". Some more key bangers are "When They Come For Me" and "Burn City" ft. Twista and "I Took Her".
