The term 'Crunk' has reportedly been added to the Merriam-Webster's Collegiate Dictionary.
According to The Associated Press, 'Crunk' was among
100 new words added to update the company's dictionary. Other words
added included "DVR," "smackdown," "speed dating," "ginormous," "Bollywood," "telenovela" and "flex-cuff."
"There will be linguistic conservatives who will turn their nose up at a word like 'ginormous,'" said John Morse, Merriam-Webster's president. "But it's become a part of our language."
