2Pac Movie Coming To The Big Screen?

There have been too many documentaries to count on the life of the late great Tupac Shakur. Some have better than others, with the standout having to be the revealing and intimate Resurrection. However there has never been a full acted out production of the man’s life story. Think Notorious with Big and Ray with Ray Charles. However soon that could change.

I am getting more and more whispers about a supposed 2Pac full biopic coming to the screen. After the success of Notorious studios have been more open to rapper biopics and 2Pac’s story would obviously be one of the first choices. I have heard in the past that this has been attempted before but his  mother Afheni, wouldn’t allow it because the movie wasn’t going to be big enough, rather just some straight to video cheap hood shit.  However now that real studios are willing to put big money behind the project she is more open to it.

Hopefully this can come true! For all the Pac stans out there this would be a living dream and it woud definitely make for an interesting flick no doubt. I just wonder how they would tell such a big crazy story in a regular film time? This
would have to be like a Titanic style 3 hour epic…

DMX Vs. Jay-Z!

DMX and Jay-Z were once seen as NYC’s biggest hopes and even the hip hop game’s biggest stars as a whole. However a lot has changed since then. Jay-Z is now on Beatles icon status and DMX is a pretty much a joke and a sad has been in the game. Don’t get me wrong X is still extremely talented and I still would buy anything he put out but it is what it is. 20 arrests for crack possession in a year will muddy up anybody’s image!

Anyway it looks maybe like all of Jay’s success has gotten Crack Man X a little aggy as a new video came out of him dissing the God MC Jay Hova! In the vid him and Tyrese are in a studio where they are supposedly working on tracks for a duo album they are putting out. Suddenly X just starts going in on Jay saying things like

“He’s talented but there’s no heart behind it. We are incomparable”.

Ugh…yeah X you are incomparable. He is a damn near billionaire who is married to one of the baddest chicks on the planet while you are Crack Man X. How will Jay respond to this? He has always said he needs a formidable opponent to be lured into a battle and despite his personal craziness, X on the mic tip could definitely be that guy…Peep the vid below.
