Busta Rhymes to Leave Interscope Records?
 Many industry insiders are saying a lot of Interscope artists are going to be dropped due to the current climate of CD sales. Last week Obie Trice departed and now people are saying Busta Rhymes may be the next to go. According to people close to the situation, Bussa Bus and Interscope CEO Jimmy Iovine, got into a very unpleasant screaming match over the phone this last weekend over the content on Busta’s album. There is no word on what exactly the problem was with the music but in the end people are saying the phone call resulted in Busta being dropped from the label. No official word yet on this so stay tuned to see what’s really going on. I have to say I am not feeling this rumor as Busta is as hot as he has ever been right now and this business is about dollars. Jimmy didn’t make it this far in the game by letting his emotions and personal feelings influence his business decisions. Busta makes money, bottom line.
