New York, NY – Have we been missing something that we should've paid more attention to? I recently reported on the 'On the Clock Report' that Mariah Carey made an indefinite decision not to have children, but in that same article she stated that she has been 'publicly' single for the time being and awaiting the right suitor to come and sweep her off her feet. Apparently, there has been recent news circulating around the media that MC was seen wearing what looked like an engagement ring.

During the premiere of her new movie 'Tennessee' at the Tribeca Film Festival over the weekend in New York, many people claimed that they saw a large diamond on her ring finger on her left hand, there has also been photos of this alleged engagement ring surfacing all over the net. It has been recently reported that the Queen of Pop was dating actor/rapper Nick Cannon, as a matter of fact; there have even been confirmed sightings of them holding hands. One incident was, interestingly, that same night at the film festival, speculators claimed that they saw the both of them holding hands and rarely left each other's side the whole night. Representatives from both parties are denying any such speculation of relationship, however, when questioned, Nick Cannon's actions tell a different story.

Cannon was recently confronted by MTV News when he stopped by their offices this past Monday (April 28) to promote his new movie 'Ball Don't Lie.' When they directly asked him about the alleged relationship to MC, he smiled, laughed, and basically avoided the question all together gesturing with a short, "She's a great person," answer. When they continued to press him on the rumor his answer was, "I can't even know what to say. She's probably the most festive, remarkable person I've ever met. Good friend. But rumors happen. They do."

People.com reported on April 15 that Carey and Cannon spent some time together in Las Vegas. The article's title was digitally published as "Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon's Night Out in Vegas." It states that the two stars arranged for a private jet to fly them into Vegas as they partied the night in Prive Las Vegas getting 'cozy' at the VIP tables. Cannon even gave a secret shout out to the Queen of Pop, mimicking Jay-Z lyrics from his track 'Public Announcement' stating, "I got the hottest chick in the game….." With all that being said, you be the judge.

I really got to admit, this young ass annoying ex-Nickelodeon child star is pulling all these fine-ass dimes, first he pulled the vixen Christina Milian, then Victoria's Secret's Selita Ebanks, and now he got his hands on the queen of pop Mariah Carey. His money must be long as fuck, pulling all these high maintenance females. Even if it is true, he's definitely holding his own. And at the same time he is quick to get married, he proposed to Selita Ebanks sometime last year as well.
