So the
Jim Jones rumor a lil’ off, but the rumor got mixed in with
another G-Unit signee. That’s right.

Cool J will officially become a member of G-Unit. This is something
that’s supposedly going to be announced on Wed of next week, not Jim
Jones. So, LL Cool J is supposed to put out one more Def Jam CD, which
Curtis will co-executive produce. That will satisfy his obligation to
the only label LL’s called home. He’ll then be out and sign to G-Unit
Records.
The other possible signee is Trick Daddy. The rumors have been going around for weeks and it seems like Trick Daddy is closer and closer to join G-Unit South under the helm of 50 Cent and Young Buck. The streets are saying that 50 has already offered Trick $5 million to sign to the Unit.
