Mike Epps Confrontation
 Read 1798 Times Since Posted on 0000-00-00 Mike Epps appeared Friday morning in Rochester New York on the WDKX morning show. Rumor has it that he almost beat up host Tariq for trying to play him out. This is how it went down, from what''s been relayed. Tariq compared Mike''s roles from some that are pimpish to one of his earliest roles as a gay man in The Sopranos (1999). Anyway, Mike reportedly was traveling quite a lot and was unnerved by the nasal voice of Tariq. Eventually, the line of questioning grew Mike to say he would "check a punk quick" to Tariq. I also heard that Mike dropped the N-Word on-air, something many regarded as disrespectful to Black History Month. Now, when the mics were turned off, I heard it didn''t stop. I heard Mike say that he''d be listening and if Tariq tried to play him out when he left, he would be right back. To play fair, I was told that Tariq is a good guy, family man and not a street-oriented dude in the least. Mike never came back so all is well, I think.
