AZ
and
Nas have been getting down
together on tracks since the 90’s, in fact that’s how AZ got in the game with
his verse on Nas’ “Life’s a Bitch”. While AZ just recently released his new
album “Undeniable” and Nas has been working on his new album “Nigger” there is
word going around they may have something else in the works for us.
It is being rumored that the two will be doing an entire
album together titled what else, The Veterans. We also hear the album would
feature appearances only from other legends like Jay-Z, Snoop, Ice Cube, Scarface and others.
There have been lots of joint album rumors lately (remember
the Nas/Jay record that was supposed to be happening like ten times already) so
I can’t be too sure on this one. I know if it did happen it would be the best
thing we’ve seen in a while so let’s stay hopeful on this one.
