The south movement has been going strong for ever now but
for some reason the Texas movement never really took off like many expected.
Well industry rumors are now buzzing now that the Universal building is about
to make an unprecedented move and unite all, and I do mean ALL, of the major
players in the Texas rap game for some sort of mega album.
The album is supposed to be a kind of dream team collabo and
would follow that theme. So who would be on it? Sources say the album would be
themed like a real team with star players and then a supporting cast. Chamillionaire, Bun-B, Paul Wall, Lil Flip
& Slim Thug would make up the main draw however they would not be
alone. Scarface, Steph Jones, Lil
Keke, Mike Jones, Tum Tum, Big Pokey, Famus, Bugsy, Kiotti, Big Tuck, and
even Brooke Valentine have been
rumored to be getting in on the action as well.
This would be huge for Texas if this was true but I doubt it
on this one. Texas has too much inner beef and turmoil I think to pull this off
and besides Scarface definitely wouldn’t be down for this, as he has shown and
expressed in the past, he likes to work alone. Maybe dreams can come true
though so cross your fingers.
