The Game To Be New Member of Westside Connection?
The Game has been talking a lot lately of a so
called up coming retirement after the release of his new album L.A.X.
There was much speculation though as we all know how hip hops
“retirements” are usually pretty short lived. Now people are saying The
Game isn’t gonna actually retire completely from rap but rather just
join a new family.
Ice Cube, Mack 10, and WC
have long held down the west coast as part of the group Westside
Connection. Recently though Mack 10 and Ice Cube have publicly fallen
out and both have said they will not be working together anymore. Now
the word on the street is The Game may be replacing Mack 10 in the
group and become the newest member of the Westside Connect gang!
Ice Cube himself has added fuel to the fire by saying after he finishes his new solo album the Westside Connection will release another album with a new member this time. Also on Cube’s new CD the track “Get Use to It” sets the tone for what the new Westside Connection will sound like as it features The Game and WC. No official, official announcements yet but it’s lookin pretty clear what’s going on here.
