Akademiks addressed Ebro on Twitter after Ebroski suggested it was good that people in hip hop such as Dave East put a check on what is accepted in hip hop. Following their Twitter back and forth, Ebro decided to give his opinion, and a history lesson on the acceptance of “Old Town Road,” including playing the track during the show last month, just days after Billboard denied the track from entering the Country charts.
