Calling into Shade 45 earlier this morning, Diddy spoke on his true thoughts regarding Jay Electronica signing with Jay-Z & Roc Nation.

Back in November when news broke that Jay E. had officially signed with Hov, Diddy sent out a very personal 140 character or less message via his twitter account, “Damn it hurts in a whole other way when someone you felt and I mean really felt was your Friend, Betrays you. It hurts when Breathe.”

Instantly, folks including Jay Electronica, were equating this message to his decision to throw the diamond in the sky.

“I definitely felt a way about it because that’s my friend. I was without a doubt just looking at the situation selfishly. I wanted to rock with my friend. But at the same time, I support my friend on what’s best for his career and Jay-Z is also one of my best friends in the game,” Diddy explained to host Elliot Wilson of RapRadar.com.

He continued: “I was a little bit of a sore loser and at the same time jus being a little bit sensitive and emotional. But we talked about it. I understood where he was coming from. That’s the beauty of our friendship.”

Diddy maintains that any ill feelings that he may have harbored toward Jay-Z and Jay E. are a thing of the past.

Before returning to his private yacht, the Bad Boy mogul also commented on the recent murder confession from his former artist, G-Dep.

“G-Dep is probably one of the nicest artists that I ever worked with. But you could always feel that something may be troubling his soul. He’s the type of guy that wouldn’t hurt a fly. I don’t know what happened in that instance, but my prayers go out to him.” (Via VIBE)
