Atlanta rapper Young Jeezy is breathing a sigh of relief after a judge ruled in his favor in 5 million dollar lawsuit that was filed against him.Kinky B and Jeezy were partners and friends for over 20 years but that did not prevent the two from getting into a public dispute over money.

Ellerbee’s case was that Jeezy instructed Def Jam to direct all future payments to a bank account that he fully controlled.Jeezy admitted to the judge that him and Ellerbee did split and 1 million advance received from Def Jam Records for his first album.

Ellerbee then alleged that the rapper violated Georgia RICO statute as well as illegal conversion of funds, according to Hiphopenquirer.
